EHS Specialist

We are looking for an EHS Specialist for Ramboll to join a team that combines deep environmental and occupational safety expertise, digital services and a friendly, down-to-earth spirit of working together. If you have a suitable background in the environment or occupational safety and enjoy advising customers and producing high-quality content, this could be your next step. In this role, you will take ownership of the overall operation and development of Ramboll’s digital EHS Compass legal monitoring service together with an expert team. You will ensure that customers get the best possible value from the system and that its legal information and materials are always up to date. You will work closely with environmental and occupational safety experts across different industries. Your active and varied working day will include: - Contacting and keeping in touch with existing customers (Customer Care), ensuring their satisfaction and identifying additional needs. - Maintaining and producing content for the EHS Compass legal register and creating supporting materials. - Taking part in the service’s marketing and communications, such as updating web pages. - Participating in smaller EHS consulting projects, depending on your interest and skills. We are looking for - A suitable higher-education background, for example in the environmental field, occupational safety or a related area. - Understanding of and interest in EHS matters, such as environmental legislation and ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems. - Good communication and collaboration skills, and an active, confident approach to speaking with customers by phone. - An enthusiastic and organised way of working and willingness to learn a digital tool. - Excellent spoken and written Finnish and English. You may have gained relevant knowledge through study projects, a thesis or a couple of years’ experience in expert work or a customer-facing role.
