EHS Specialist

We are looking for an EHS Specialist for Ramboll to join a team combining deep environmental and occupational safety expertise, digital services and a friendly, informal spirit of collaboration. If you have a suitable background in environmental or occupational safety and enjoy customer dialogue and producing high-quality content, this could be your next step. In this role, you will take charge of the overall operation and development of Ramboll’s digital EHS Compass legal monitoring service together with an expert team. Your task is to ensure that customers get the best possible value from the system and that its legal information and materials are always up to date. You will work closely with environmental and occupational safety experts across different industries. In your active and varied workday: - Contact and stay in touch with existing customers (Customer Care), ensuring their satisfaction and identifying additional needs. - Maintain and produce content for the EHS Compass legal register and create supporting materials. - Take part in marketing and communications for the service, such as updating web pages. - Depending on your interests and skills, participate in smaller EHS consulting projects. We are looking for - Suitable higher-education studies, for example in environmental studies, occupational safety or a related area. - Understanding of and interest in EHS topics, such as environmental legislation and ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, and an active, confident approach to customer conversations by phone. - An enthusiastic and organised way of working, and willingness to learn a digital tool. - Excellent spoken and written Finnish and English. You may have gained relevant knowledge through studies, projects at an educational institution, a thesis or a couple of years of experience in expert work or customer-facing roles.
