We are looking for skilled people to solve construction management challenges in interesting projects, in a growing and development-oriented work community. As an electrical specialist and supervisor, you will independently manage client-side project management and supervision of electrical engineering work on varied construction projects. We are looking for someone who commits to projects and wants to get to know our clients and their ways of working. You should feel at home on construction sites and be able to solve complex challenges together with the wider project organisation. We would be glad to hear what skills and experience you would bring. There is room to grow and develop in the role and take on different areas of responsibility according to your abilities and interests. We will tailor the detailed role description to suit you. The work requires a driving licence and access to your own car. The named work location is Vaasa, and project sites are in the Ostrobothnia and South Ostrobothnia regions. Supervisory assignments may occasionally be farther away. Please tell us if you are willing or interested in work that involves travelling. To succeed, you need curiosity, accuracy and a desire to demonstrate your expertise and develop. We value a positive, proactive approach, confidence in bringing your expertise forward, strong interaction skills and an independent way of working, along with a team-oriented mindset. We hope you have suitable electrical-sector education (university of applied sciences/master’s level/master of science in technology). We expect at least five years of previous experience in supervisory work. We hope you have gained experience in both new construction and renovation projects. We also value construction management qualifications and/or the prerequisites to apply for them. Please also tell us if, in addition to Finnish, you can work in Swedish or English.
