Cook for event catering

Looking for gig work in a kitchen environment? This role is for a cook to join a catering service restaurant on a temporary, event-based contract. You will work as part of a professional kitchen team in diverse events and occasions. Your duties include meal preparation as well as auxiliary kitchen tasks such as pre-preparation of ingredients, keeping the kitchen clean, and other daily kitchen activities. The job offers a chance to gain experience from various restaurant and event environments. You should have: cooking training or prior kitchen experience, a proactive attitude, ability to work well in a team, good cooperation skills and a positive attitude, a hygiene passport, and willingness to work varying hours as needed. Nice to have: experience in order-service or event restaurants; experience serving large numbers; ability to take shifts with short notice. We offer: salary at least equal to or better than collective agreement terms, paid on time. Hourly pay ranges from €13.70 to €15.04, depending on skills and experience.
