Practical Nurse

We are looking for a practical nurse for home care in the Lieksa area, 25 hours per week. Home care offers the opportunity to do individual and meaningful work, with the client’s wellbeing and quality of life at the centre. We are now looking for a practical nurse for home care in the Lieksa area. We also offer work to people working with employment subsidies or municipal supplements. What does home care work involve? Home care is varied, independent and people-oriented. You work in clients’ own homes and support them in managing everyday life safely and as independently as possible. Your duties include: - Basic care and daily assistance for clients - Medication administration in accordance with your competence and permits (the required training may be completed at work) - Comprehensive health monitoring and measurements - Supporting clients’ functional ability and wellbeing Every working day in home care is different. You can make broad use of your professional skills and do work that makes a real difference in clients’ everyday lives.
