The Director, Executive Compensation & Global Mobility is a senior leader within the Performance & Reward function responsible for designing, developing, and implementing executive compensation, long-term incentive plans, and global mobility strategies. The role ensures policies and processes meet business needs, support governance, and motivate senior leaders. Key responsibilities include defining global strategies, managing compensation frameworks, overseeing governance and compliance, designing LTI and mobility policies, partnering with top executives, analyzing market trends, managing external relationships, and contributing to global projects. Requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years HR experience, expertise in reward and compensation, LTI plan design, global mobility knowledge, experience with external providers, multicultural experience, excellent communication, analytical skills, project management, and fluency in English.
