WithSecure is seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the architecture, development and evolution of its business-critical Salesforce platform. This senior-level position in the internal technology team combines deep Salesforce engineering expertise with modern AI tooling including Claude, GitHub Copilot and Cursor. You will design and deliver secure, scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Agentforce Revenue Management, supporting the lead-to-cash value chain: sales, marketing, pricing, contracting, subscription management, billing and customer support. You will set technical direction, strengthen delivery practices, mentor developers and ensure solutions align with architecture, security standards and business priorities. Key responsibilities AI-enabled engineering: Evaluate and introduce AI tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) where they improve design, implementation, testing, documentation and delivery workflows. Define reusable prompting, context-management and agentic-workflow patterns for effective AI use across the Salesforce lifecycle. Design secure integrations with external LLMs through approved APIs and enterprise patterns. Apply RAG, evaluation and orchestration where they create business or engineering value. Establish controls for access, sensitive data, prompt handling, auditability and validation of AI-generated work. Core Salesforce engineering: Design, develop and maintain enterprise-grade solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Agentforce Revenue Management, including CPQ, subscription management and billing. Translate complex lead-to-cash, service, pricing and commercial requirements into scalable data models, Apex services, Lightning Web Components and Flow solutions. Build REST/SOAP integrations and event-driven solutions using Platform Events, Change Data Capture and enterprise patterns. Connect Salesforce with ERP, HR, middleware and cloud platforms including MuleSoft, Kafka, Workday, AWS and enterprise databases. Optimize performance, governor-limit usage, data storage, API consumption and AI token costs while balancing lifecycle cost and maintainability. Own technical quality through automated testing, observability, documentation and technical-debt management. Architecture, risk and delivery: Lead or contribute to solution and platform architecture in alignment with enterprise architecture and security principles. Partner with product owners, architects, security specialists and business stakeholders on dependable end-to-end data and process flows. Identify dependencies, architectural risks, data-quality concerns and operational constraints early and plan proportionate mitigation. Balance business value, delivery speed, implementation cost, security risk and platform sustainability in technical decisions. Technical leadership and engineering productivity: Make GitHub the source of truth for Salesforce development through clear repositories, branching conventions, pull-request governance, CODEOWNERS and review requirements. Design and maintain GitHub Actions workflows for Salesforce DX validation, automated testing, code-quality checks, security scanning, deployment approvals and release promotion. Define environment, secret-management, rollback and release-governance practices for traceable, repeatable deployments. Set standards for AI-assisted tools, including review gates for correctness, security, performance and maintainability of generated code. Lead code and design reviews, maintain documentation and create reusable patterns. Mentor senior and mid-level developers, support estimation and planning, and raise the technical bar. Essential experience: 8+ years of professional software development and 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL/SOSL and integrations). Senior-level experience delivering enterprise solutions, contributing to technical direction and supporting other engineers. Hands-on experience designing or implementing AI/ML, generative AI, vector-search or RAG-based solutions, Salesforce-native or integrated. Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, sharing and security architecture, governor limits, asynchronous processing, integration patterns and deployment lifecycle. Ability to translate complex business, pricing, service and data requirements into clear, scalable, maintainable designs. Strong communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Technical expertise: Advanced Apex, LWC, Flow and Flow Orchestrator, SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs, asynchronous processing and enterprise integration patterns. Experience with Claude, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor or comparable tools for coding, testing, review, analysis and documentation. Prompt engineering, LLM APIs, RAG, vector search, evaluation methods, agentic workflows and secure AI integration. Enterprise access controls, data privacy, secure coding, model and prompt governance, auditability and risk-based decision-making. Salesforce DX, GitHub repositories, pull-request governance, GitHub Actions, automated validation and testing, static analysis (PMD, CodeScan), environment controls, release promotion and deployment monitoring. Bonus points: Salesforce Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect or Sales/Service/Agentforce Revenue Management/CPQ credentials. Experience with Agentforce Revenue Management, CPQ, subscription management, billing or complex B2B pricing. Experience with MuleSoft, Kafka, AWS, Workday, Anthropic APIs or Azure OpenAI. Agile/Scrum delivery and cross-team design and planning forums. Open-source contributions or community knowledge-sharing through blogs, talks or public repositories.
