Development Specialist

We are now looking for a Development Specialist to a fixed-term position, working within CSC’s Organizational Effectiveness unit. The team improves CSC’s performance by maintaining and developing common operating models and supporting the execution of key development initiatives, in close collaboration with IT, HR and workplace communications to ensure that CSC’s ways of working, tools and culture support value creation, smooth collaboration and a good employee experience. Your role will involve diverse responsibilities across the team’s domains, with emphasis on the digital workplace development project, contributing as an expert in change management, modern ways of working and user-centered development. You will also facilitate and develop OKR work and participate in advancing process maturity together with process owners and other process experts. The position is a fixed-term role from Autumn 2026 to the end of 2027. Key tasks include piloting and implementing digital collaboration tools with user experience in mind; developing working practices related to digital tools; designing and implementing change management activities including communication, participation, training and impact assessment; close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to adopt new solutions and practices; facilitating OKR processes and developing the OKR model with CSC leadership; contributing to the development of CSC’s process maturity with process owners. Requirements include a suitable university degree, several years of experience in advancing development projects and applying change-management methods; excellent communication skills and ability to foster cross-stakeholder collaboration; experience with service design, participatory and user-centered development methods and ability to facilitate workshops and support collaborative development; understanding and practical experience with OKR or similar goal-management frameworks; ability to drive multiple development initiatives concurrently; fluent Finnish and English. Nice-to-haves include experience with Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, SharePoint, Places, Loop, Planner, Viva Engage and Copilot) and leveraging digital tools to support modern work, plus experience with process maturity models and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
