Fundraiser - Make an impact for mental health

We are looking for two people-oriented individuals who want to help others to represent MIELI Mental Health Finland in fundraising. MIELI Mental Health Finland is the world’s oldest mental health non-governmental organisation, whose mission is to promote mental health and prevent mental health problems. The importance of the organisation’s services has grown, and demand has increased. As a fundraiser, you will have the opportunity to do meaningful work and promote action and decisions that support mental health. In the campaign, you will increase awareness of the organisation and its activities so that help can be offered to more people who need it. The work is particularly suitable for you if you have experience in any of the following: - Social and healthcare - Humanities and education - Sales or customer service - Volunteer or charity work We offer quality training and continuous coaching. Targets increase in line with your learning. The most important things to us are that you have a good attitude and enjoy achieving goals. You should be comfortable with basic computer use and fluent in Finnish. Our working days are weekdays from 8:45 to 16:00. The work is permanent and full-time, but we will also consider your need for part-time or fixed-term work. We can tailor the shifts to your needs. Our office is in Savilahti, close to good transport connections and higher-education institutions. A guaranteed salary provides security. Thanks to commissions and bonuses, after the first month you can expect your salary to be approximately €2,000 per month, and with development, €3,000–€4,000 per month. We also continuously run competitions with prizes including foreign trips, events, bonuses and gift cards. You will learn to calculate your accumulated earnings based on your successes, and we will also review them together weekly. Our team is equipped with good energy and a sense of belonging. Openness, flexibility and understanding others are part of everyday life. Supervisors are closely involved in daily work. It is important to us to know our employees so that we can coach and reward each person individually. At the Kuopio office, we also sell partnerships to sports clubs, make appointments and help local businesses grow their operations.
