Fundraiser (Part-time)

As a fundraiser you will go door-to-door with your team and invite residents to become monthly donors for organizations that save lives and build a better world. You can join our teams in Helsinki, Turku, Tampere or Jyväskylä. As a fundraiser you will receive: - Fixed hourly wage of 14.75 EUR/hour (12.75 EUR + 2 EUR outdoor bonus) - As a team leader you can earn up to 18.50 EUR/hour - 3-6 evening shifts per week, 4.5 hours per shift - Great colleagues and personal support for your success. Additionally we offer: - Three days of paid training - Opportunity to learn and grow into roles such as team leader or outreach coach - Work with meaning; you help people in need with every shift. If you would fit as a fundraiser: - You have experience in sales, social work, public speaking or customer service - You are goal-driven, persistent and comfortable approaching people - You can communicate in English with your team (you can still deliver outreach in Finnish) - You are of legal age How your pay is composed: - Fixed hourly wage + outdoor bonus 2 EUR/hour - Internship phase (3 days of training + 8 shifts): 9 EUR/h + 2 EUR outdoor bonus = 11 EUR/h - Junior Fundraiser: 12.75 EUR/h + 2 EUR outdoor bonus = 14.75 EUR/h - Team leader: up to 18.50 EUR/h We value diversity and welcome applicants from different backgrounds.
