Shift Supervisor

We are hiring a SHIFT SUPERVISOR for Hesburger ABC Keljonkangas. As shift supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations during your shift. Your working days consist of all the duties of a fast-food restaurant as well as actively guiding the team by encouraging them and giving feedback. The position is permanent and full-time (112.5 hours / 3 weeks). As shift supervisor, you will get to take part in opening a new Hesburger. The new unit opens in February, but orientation and preparatory work begin in December. We will carefully orient and coach you for the role, and you will be supported by service station manager Liina, the rest of the management team and the whole work team. Employment begins at the start of December or by agreement. We expect you to have: - Previous work experience in a fast-food restaurant and experience in a responsible role in the service sector (for example, as a shift supervisor) - A positive and energetic attitude and the ability to guide a team to succeed - Good interaction and cooperation skills, as well as fluent Finnish - The ability to cope under pressure in changing situations - Readiness to work all shifts The shift supervisor’s salary is based on the collective agreement for supervisors in tourism, restaurant and leisure services and ranges, according to years of experience, from €2,280 to €2,476 per month, plus evening and weekend supplements.
