Scaffolder

We are now seeking experienced scaffolders for our partners’ projects across Finland. We primarily seek established work crews of at least two people, but individual experienced professionals may also apply. The work may be gig-based, longer fixed-term employment or permanent positions. For good and capable workers, work is available through the end of the year or longer by separate agreement. We seek people with experience in one or more of the following tasks: - Erecting and dismantling industrial and construction scaffolding - Modifying scaffolding - Erecting and dismantling weather protection - Handling and moving scaffolding materials - Working in industrial, construction or shipyard environments Experience with different scaffolding systems, such as Layher, HAKI or similar systems, is considered an advantage. We require applicants to have: - Previous work experience in scaffolding - The ability to work independently and as part of a crew - Good physical fitness and readiness to work at height - A careful and safety-conscious approach to work - Reliability and commitment to agreed work - A valid occupational safety card - Readiness to work in different locations as projects require Depending on the assignment, a valid hot work card, personnel-lift training or other site-specific qualifications may also be required.
