Senior Solutions Engineer

Senior Solutions Engineer - Remote in Europe We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our team and become a key technical partner for our customers. This is primarily a post-sales / implementation role (70–80%), with 20–30% technical pre-sales support when deeper technical expertise is needed. What you'll do - Own and support customer integrations from kickoff through production launch. - Work directly with customer engineering and product teams on APIs, data flows, configuration, and troubleshooting. - Translate customer requirements into clear technical implementation plans. - Create and maintain integration documentation and technical materials. - Collaborate with our internal Engineering and Product teams to resolve complex technical issues. - Support technical pre-sales conversations around architecture, security, APIs, and integration feasibility. What we're looking for - Experience as a Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Integration Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar. - Strong experience with APIs, integrations, and technical troubleshooting. - Comfortable working directly with engineers and technical customers. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Able to translate complex technical requirements into practical solutions. - Some experience supporting technical pre-sales / POCs. Nice to have: experience in iGaming, online casino, sportsbook, sports betting, payments, fintech, or B2B SaaS. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys being hands-on with customer implementations while still having exposure to the commercial and pre-sales side of the business.
