To continue driving our growth, we are looking to hire a Project Manager in Martorelles (Barcelona). Your mission You will support the tender process (from receipt of the request until delivery of the offer) and, once the project is awarded, manage its financial, contractual and technical aspects to ensure budget control, profitability, cash-flow management and proper coordination with clients, suppliers and internal teams. Main duties - Prepare and monitor construction budgets, ensuring they are correctly defined and updated. - Control contractual documentation and keep the project archive organised and up to date. - Prepare complete monthly financial reports on time. - Identify and manage project risks, keeping the risk plan updated. - Participate in handover meetings and contract reviews to ensure proper coordination among the areas involved. - Maintain a smooth relationship with clients, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and compliance with agreements. - Manage certifications, measurements and collections, supporting cash flow and approvals in a timely manner. Requirements - Education: Technical Architecture, Building Engineering or similar. - Experience: At least 3 years in similar functions within the construction sector. - Tools and knowledge: AutoCAD, Business Central (BC), contract regulations, cost control and budget preparation. - Languages: Native Spanish and advanced English. - Key competencies: Results orientation, analytical thinking and effective communication.
