Regional Compliance & People Coordinator is a hands-on role combining compliance coordination, HR administration and employee support in an international environment. The successful candidate will coordinate onboarding and mobilisation activities for employees and subcontractors coming to Finland, support work permit and right-to-work processes, organise accommodation and local logistics, and help ensure compliance with Finnish employment legislation and site access requirements.
