Regional Technical Manager

For its ECOLAB PEST FRANCE division, which specialises in pest prevention and control solutions for professional customers, Ecolab is looking for a Regional Technical Manager. Required place of residence: Lyon or its nearby suburbs. Territory covered: département 69 and parts of départements 38 and 01. Your mission Reporting to the National Technical Manager, you will lead a team of 8 to 12 field technicians in your territory. You will monitor and check their customer services, including pest treatments, and provide training. You will be accountable for meeting monthly production targets. With diplomacy and rigour, you will handle customer disputes and administrative follow-up using computer tools. As a technical expert, you may also accompany sales colleagues on customer visits when needed. Overnight stays are expected depending on travel, at around 20%, depending on your place of residence. Mobility is essential. Your main responsibilities: Recruit, support and develop the skills of the team. Monitor performance indicators, service quality and administrative follow-up, and implement preventive or corrective actions. Be present in the field with your team and customers. Work with different departments to retain, develop and grow the customer portfolio. Your profile You have a Bac+3 qualification, preferably in a technical, agricultural, agri-food or hygiene field, and at least three years of successful management experience, ideally in a service business with field technical teams. Your interpersonal skills, availability, rigour, organisational skills and management ability will help you succeed in the role. Mobility is essential. What we offer A permanent position. Fixed salary: €40,600 gross per year. Variable compensation: bonuses that may represent up to 20% additional compensation, depending on achievement of your objectives and individual performance.
