Home Care Practical Nurse

We support the functional ability of clients living at home and enable them to continue living there according to their individual needs. Home-care services support clients in daily activities they cannot manage independently. Services include nursing and medication care and monitoring, health promotion, personal hygiene and nutrition, and rehabilitative care that maintains functional ability. We have time to listen to clients and their loved ones and catch up; our care services are, above all, about caring. You have a practical nurse qualification, vaccination protection under section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act, and valid medication-care theory studies (if necessary, you can complete them with us). We value previous experience in similar duties. You have a driving licence and access to your own car. We pay mileage for use of your own car in accordance with the state travel regulations. In your working day, you will be joined by clients, team supervisor Pia Teräs and our close-knit, supportive team. We offer you: • Pay according to your years of experience, grade G20C. If you choose hourly employment, we pay you for hours worked twice a month (on the 13th and 28th).
