Would you be interested in working in a large, growing and developing Nordic organisation that aims to be an unbeatable partner to its customers and employees? Are you a team leader motivated by sales? Would you like to develop, achieve results with your team and ensure outstanding solutions for customers by setting an example? We are looking for a results-oriented and inspiring Store Manager in Lappeenranta, as part of our five-person team. Your task is to continue developing sales at our growing store. You can create a positive and encouraging atmosphere where people can succeed and develop in their work. You lead by example and act in accordance with our values: commitment, learning and collaboration. You enjoy customer work and find workable solutions to different situations together with customers and colleagues. You are ready to take responsibility for store operations, personnel and achieving targets, and to make independent decisions in the daily running of the store. Success requires an organised approach and the ability to lead daily store processes actively and purposefully. You will use various IT systems in your daily work, including an ERP system, so good IT skills are important. Our customers mainly speak Finnish, and English is used in Nordic cooperation.
