Store Manager

We are now looking for a Store Manager for our NORMAL store in Myllypuro, Helsinki! NORMAL is a young, dynamic company that has opened hundreds of stores across Europe in just a few years. Our growth in Finland continues as well. We have opened more than 100 stores in Finland, and expansion continues. We offer customers permanently low prices and thousands of “normal” products, with exciting new items added across different product categories every week. Your responsibilities As Store Manager, you are responsible for the store’s success and customer experience. You lead your team in an inspiring way and continuously develop the store. The work is varied and fun! What we hope for from you: Strong experience in store management and profit responsibility—you know what the fast-paced everyday work and responsibilities of a Store Manager involve in practice. Local knowledge of the area; knowing the operating environment and customer base will help you succeed. You are curious and want to learn new things, and you are not afraid of making mistakes—we all make them. You work independently, are not afraid to take charge even in challenging situations, are hardworking and have an eye for detail—especially when creating displays. A customer-focused and commercial mindset; following the figures supports sales. You lead the store with a positive attitude and understand the strength of a team—things are more fun together. You can work quickly in a hectic environment, including under pressure, while taking your team’s needs into account and bringing out the best in them. You communicate in Finnish and English—of course! You actively contribute to developing and optimising NORMAL’s unique business concept.
