Kodin Kattokumppanit is looking for sales representatives to sell roof maintenance services in the Pirkanmaa and Uusimaa regions. The product is “Timanttikunnostus”, a comprehensive restoration solution for sheet-metal roofs. With this restoration, a sheet-metal roof may not need to be replaced during the lifetime of the house. The product has proven demand and customer satisfaction is high (4.8/5). The role requires your own car, but previous sales experience is not required! What you will get to do Condition inspection / identifying needs: You go onto the roof yourself and tell the customer about its condition and any potential risks. Sales: You sell high-quality roof restoration services to customers. Developing as a salesperson: At the start, you will complete an intensive three-week training period, after which you will certainly be a better salesperson than before. Training is ongoing, so you can keep developing yourself. What is paid Current salespeople: currently earn an average of €3,000–€8,000 in a typical month. Pay: Guarantee, commission + bonuses. Guaranteed salary: €2,500 per month. Commission: approx. €600–€1,000 per sale. Bonus system: monthly bonus based on sales – €1,000–€3,000. Mileage reimbursement: paid.
