B2B Sales Representative for Housing Company Sales – Valokuitunen Oy We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic sales representatives to join our B2B housing company sales team in Kempele and across northern Finland! Would you like to develop into a top salesperson in a rapidly growing company? In this role, you will sell to housing companies in a B2B capacity. Most of the work is field sales, but it also includes contact by phone and email. You will also attend housing company meetings, where your task is to convince shareholders to choose fibre-optic connections, so we hope you are comfortable presenting. The work involves meeting housing company residents in their homes, after which the sales process proceeds to negotiations with the housing company itself. The housing companies are medium-sized, mainly terraced-house companies and small apartment buildings. What does a typical day as a housing company sales representative look like? Example of a working day (there is a lot of variation) Start between 10:00 and 12:00 at the office or remotely Check the calendar Go through emails Follow-up calls Arrange visits by phone Handle other matters to investigate Head into the field at around 15:00 Contact prospects at the locations Attend scheduled meetings with housing companies Take part in housing company meetings Review documents and materials with the board Draw up and finalise agreements Head home at around 18:00–19:00 What do we expect? Strong motivation for sales; we consider previous target-driven sales experience an advantage You enjoy face-to-face sales An independent, proactive and responsible approach to work A positive can-do attitude Good interpersonal skills and confidence presenting A category B driving licence and access to your own car What do we offer?
