Restaurant Shift Manager

Become a restaurant floor shift manager at the iconic Kappeli for the Christmas party season! As restaurant floor shift manager, you will ensure the smooth running of daily restaurant-floor operations and a high-quality customer experience. You will lead shifts by example, support your team’s work and ensure that service is high-quality and friendly. Your daily duties include guiding and organising floor staff, ensuring shifts run smoothly and serving customers. The Christmas party season starts in November and continues until the end of the year. We are hiring a restaurant floor shift manager for a fixed-term position for the season, with 90 hours over three weeks. Pay follows the MaRaVa collective agreement and is €15.60–€16.93 per hour, plus supplements, taking your previous experience into account. You are confidently proactive and take action even in demanding situations. You have creative problem-solving skills and are innovative. You value a good working atmosphere and lead your shift professionally. We expect a positive attitude, self-direction and a cheerful spirit of cooperation.
