Local Security Guard

We are seeking retail security guards for our retail assignments (Vantaa, Espoo, Kirkkonummi, Lohja and Salo). The employment relationship may be on-call, part-time or full-time. Work starts immediately or by agreement. We follow the security-sector collective agreement in pay. Your duties: You will work as a security guard at our retail locations. You will protect customers and staff with an active and professional security guard approach. You will take care of the safety of the locations by preventing disturbances and intervening when necessary. Alongside security duties, all our work emphasizes guiding and helping customers, always with a positive customer-service attitude. What we expect from you: A valid security guard card and strong work motivation. You have good interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach. Previous experience in security guard duties is considered an advantage, but is not essential. Attitude is what matters. Are you our new X-Sec colleague?
