Gaardi Security Guards for Prismo Stores in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area

As an employer, we offer a long-term, secure and responsible workplace. We are now recruiting part-time Gaardi security guards for Prisma stores in the Helsinki metropolitan area. You can state in your application which Prisma stores you would like to work at. Gaardi's task is to ensure that customers can shop smoothly and safely. Through your own actions, you prevent problems from arising and intervene in possible disturbances. Your work includes, among other things, control-room work, visible monitoring on the shop floor and customer service. Previous work experience in the security sector and/or security-sector training are definite advantages, but an energetic attitude, genuine motivation and a desire to learn and develop in the field are more important than work experience. The ability to handle pressure and the courage to intervene in security situations are also key to succeeding in the role. Please note that some Prisma stores also have night shifts. - You have a good attitude, an energetic and positive approach to work, a customer-service orientation and a desire always to do your best, as well as the courage to intervene in problems and security situations. - Previous work experience or training in the security sector is considered an advantage.
