Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Turn ambiguous questions into metrics and workflows across Product and GTM
  • Build and maintain dbt models and pipelines
  • Design clear data models and improve data stack quality
  • Create dashboards and self-service reporting in Metabase and Hex
  • Operationalize data through reverse ETL and collaborate with GTM Engineering
  • Balance rapid answers with durable solutions and build reusable models
  • Explore emerging tools and LLMs to accelerate development while ensuring accuracy

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data analytics, or data engineering
  • Exceptional SQL and experience with dbt and cloud data warehouses
  • Track record of owning data projects end-to-end
  • Strong data modeling judgment
  • Analytical judgment and ability to translate findings into recommendations
  • Comfort moving between technical implementation and business context
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with LLMs and coding agents
