Responsibilities
- Turn ambiguous questions into metrics and workflows across Product and GTM
- Build and maintain dbt models and pipelines
- Design clear data models and improve data stack quality
- Create dashboards and self-service reporting in Metabase and Hex
- Operationalize data through reverse ETL and collaborate with GTM Engineering
- Balance rapid answers with durable solutions and build reusable models
- Explore emerging tools and LLMs to accelerate development while ensuring accuracy
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data analytics, or data engineering
- Exceptional SQL and experience with dbt and cloud data warehouses
- Track record of owning data projects end-to-end
- Strong data modeling judgment
- Analytical judgment and ability to translate findings into recommendations
- Comfort moving between technical implementation and business context
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with LLMs and coding agents
