Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced site manager for Tekova’s varied commercial construction projects in the Turku area. As site manager, you will hold a responsible and varied role, ensuring successful delivery of projects from site start-up through handover. You will advance and manage daily site operations, ensuring work proceeds according to plans, schedule and budget. You will oversee contract-compliant execution in accordance with quality requirements and processes, working closely with the rest of the site organisation and subcontractors. Occupational safety and communication with the different parties are also part of your daily work. Key duties: - Scheduling and monitoring the site - Liaising with building control authorities - Clear, proactive and results-oriented daily management - Occupational-safety duties and documents - Close cooperation with contractors and material suppliers - Monitoring cost efficiency and checking and approving invoices - Site quality control and related documentation - Handover-stage actions and documents, and any warranty-period repairs and warranty work At Tekova, you will be part of a motivated, skilled and growth-oriented team.
