Parcel Delivery Postal Worker

Postal worker for parcel delivery in Ivalo We are looking for a postal worker for our client’s upcoming season to handle parcel delivery. The work is independent and varied. Your main duties are handling parcels and delivering them to customers in the beautiful scenery of Inari. No previous experience is needed, as we will train you for the role. The work requires good physical fitness and the ability to drive in occasionally challenging weather conditions. We expect you to be ready for customer interactions and independent work, have a cheerful attitude and speak Finnish well. The employer provides work equipment and clothing. We expect flexibility, an energetic attitude and responsibility for your own work. A B driving licence is required; driving experience is considered an advantage. Workdays are Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and the workday starts at approximately 7–8 a.m. You will work around 15–20 hours per week, though more work may be available if you wish. Weekends and public holidays are always free. Work will start as soon as possible by agreement. Work is available during the season well into spring. The Distribution collective agreement applies.
