Car-Route Postal Delivery Worker

We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic and confident postal delivery worker for the Ruukki area! The work starts as soon as a suitable person is found and continues until the end of the year, possibly longer. As a postal delivery worker, your duties include delivering letters, newspapers and parcels on a car route. The employer provides the car and work clothes. A category B driving licence and fluent Finnish are absolute requirements for the role. Working days fall between Monday and Friday. Hours are available variably for substitute shifts. You do not need previous experience, as we will train you for the job. We offer you a pleasant working environment, good onboarding and the support of a SOL contact person. In this role, you will do mobile, independent and varied postal delivery work on a car route. The work requires an independent and responsible approach and good physical fitness. We expect flexibility, an energetic attitude, a cheerful disposition and good Finnish skills. The employment relationship follows the distribution-sector collective agreement, with estimated pay of €11.72 per hour. Previous experience in delivery work may be considered an advantage.
