Senior HR Specialist

Easor is a payroll and accounting platform company expanding internationally. You will own Finnish HR processes, develop them in close cooperation with managers, and act as an enabler and sparring partner for HR. Key duties include daily employee and manager advisory on employment matters, practical implementation of HR processes, internal HR communications, maintenance of HR data, metrics and systems, advancing the HR calendar and related projects, and participating in staff development initiatives. You will report to the CFO and work closely with line managers, the executive team, and our payroll and health partner. The role requires courage to challenge old ways, drive and initiative, and genuine care for people. Strong written and spoken English is required; Finnish work law knowledge is essential; bonus points for payroll process understanding, HR budgeting and strategic planning, and prior supervisory experience. We offer hybrid work with a flexible mix of on-site and remote days, with the head office in Oulu and staff across Finland. Salary is based on Easor’s pay scale between 3400–6000 €/month depending on experience, and we are open to discussing this early in the process.
