Sales-oriented HR Specialist

The job is a customer-facing HR role focused on recruitment and personnel services. You will build and strengthen client relationships, conduct interviews, propose suitable HR solutions, and also engage in new business development to acquire new clients. The role includes recruitment processes end-to-end: creating job advertisements, screening applicants, contacting candidates, conducting interviews, preparing written candidate presentations from interview notes, and communicating with clients. You will handle both employee-level and specialized recruitment across a diverse set of roles, and participate in social media and brand marketing activities (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Canva). The candidate should have experience in personnel services/recruitment and, preferably, experience with specialist profiles. You should enjoy people contact, strong written communication across channels, and have a sales mindset to drive HR-related purchasing decisions in B2B. The company offers a fixed monthly salary plus a sales-based bonus, occupational health services, and equipment for work; remote work is possible, with about 80% remote if located outside Pirkanmaa.
