Field Sales Representative – Bathroom Maintenance

Our client offers bathroom maintenance services, such as surface coatings and silicone sealing. The products are easy to approach, in demand and have an attractive average transaction value (€2,000–€3,000), especially when the alternative is often a bathroom renovation costing many times more. This combination of high demand and good pricing creates the potential for a high sales volume and strong earnings for the salesperson! Job description Afternoon-focused day: The day starts at 3:30 p.m. with a shared meeting in the field, after which you move on to customer appointments. Customer acquisition: You are responsible for acquiring your own customers in the field through door-to-door sales. Ready-made appointments may also become available in the future. Independence & team: The work is responsible and independent, but nobody is left on their own. The team’s support and strong team spirit are always there! The salesperson we are looking for has Previous direct-sales experience: For example, door-to-door, stand or telemarketing sales. Most important is understanding the nature of direct sales and handling objections. The right attitude: An independent, persistent and proactive approach to work—attitude and willingness to develop are what count. Getting around: Having your own car is highly desirable for fieldwork. Pay and benefits Competitive commission-based pay and bonus tiers: Pay model: The role has a pure commission + bonus pay model. Earnings example: With a basic level of activity, you can make 10 sales per month and earn €3,500 per month. Additional sales & reimbursements: Selling additional services helps increase your average transaction value and, of course, your commission total.
