In English below: We are looking for a full-time Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team in our Copenhagen location. Your primary responsibility is to oversee the efficient and smooth operation of the restaurant within the venue, delivering a high-quality dining experience to conference attendees, ensuring their satisfaction and contributing to the venue's overall success. Responsibilities include: managing day-to-day restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and staffing; coordinating with kitchen staff and ensuring effective communication and workflow between kitchen and restaurant; providing exceptional customer service, training and motivating staff to maintain high service standards, addressing guest concerns promptly; menu execution ensuring food and beverages are prepared and presented to the highest standards; staff management including recruiting, training and supervising hosts; performance evaluations and constructive feedback; inventory and cost control including monitoring inventory levels and costs and minimizing waste; health and safety compliance including food handling and sanitation; event execution in collaboration with the venue’s event management team for large conferences and events. Job requirements: proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in hospitality; excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities; strong leadership and interpersonal skills; solid understanding of restaurant operations including F&B management, inventory control and cost management; knowledge of local health and safety regulations; strong organizational and multitasking abilities; fluent English and Danish.
