Senior Business Analyst

In this role, you will be responsible for: - Analysing clients’ business needs and creating technical solutions tailored to them. - Defining the scope, logic and operating principles of integrations between different systems. - Gathering and specifying business and system requirements in cooperation with stakeholders (POs, SMEs, business teams and IT teams). - Modelling and documenting business processes (BPMN/UML) and preparing analytical documentation (user stories, use cases and analysis reports). - Working with development teams, testers, UX/UI and DevOps on designing and implementing solutions. - Supporting implementation and testing, participating in acceptance tests, verifying that solutions meet requirements and supporting business users. - Leading analytical workshops, presentations and client meetings. - Monitoring market trends and regulatory changes in clients’ industries and analysing their impact on projects. - Providing subject-matter support to the sales team and preparing technical concepts with estimates. You are the missing piece if you: - Have at least five years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant. - Can model business processes and analyse requirements. - Have experience working on IT system integration projects. - Have practical experience gathering and defining requirements, including client workshops and writing specifications, user stories and use cases. - Work effectively with different teams (business, IT and regulatory) and can translate business needs into technical language. - Know project methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and thrive in a dynamic environment. - Communicate confidently in Polish and English (at least B2/C1); the work is in an international environment. - Have highly developed interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills. We will also value: - Experience with process-modelling tools. - Knowledge of SQL or UX principles. - Experience as a Proxy PO or supporting a Product Owner. - Ability to work with technical and bid documentation.
