Retail Cashier

Are you a grocery retail professional? Do you have experience in S or K Group stores, and is customer service your thing? We are looking for experienced cashiers for stores in Ylivieska and nearby municipalities. There is an ongoing need for ready-to-work cashiers in the area. As a salesperson, you play a crucial role in creating the customer's shopping experience and may be the customer's only point of contact during their visit. Your duties include checkout work, advising and serving customers, unloading deliveries, and displaying products. You will work in busy, varied environments and in changing duties, and meet many new colleagues. You must have previous checkout experience in S or K Group stores, as checkout shifts cannot currently include training. We are looking for ready-to-work cashiers. The employment is on an as-needed, call-in basis, and hours are available according to store needs. Shifts are most often offered at short notice, and employees are often needed for a shift on the same day. The work is therefore well suited to someone who can plan their own schedule and flexibly accept different shifts. Work begins as soon as suitable people are found. Pay is €13.13–€14.93 per hour depending on previous work experience and education, in accordance with the retail collective agreement. The employment contract is between the employee and StaffPoint.
