As a personal assistant, you become part of our clients' valuable stories. At Validia, personal assistance clients are people covered by disability services. Personal assistance takes place at home or elsewhere and helps with things a person cannot do independently because of illness or disability. Assistance may mean supporting hobbies or studies, helping with household tasks, or making leisure activities possible. Sometimes an assistant's most important task is to be a conversation partner and companion: an unhurried person for another person. The personal assistant's role in the client's everyday life is significant. The aim is to support the client in living at home for as long as possible, enable an active and meaningful everyday life, and respect the client's right to self-determination. This work suits you if you want variety and flexibility. The work is guided by the client's needs and wishes. You can also influence the timing of your shifts by agreeing on them with the client. You work independently and commit to agreed practices. An open attitude and your own personality go a long way! Thanks to the flexibility, the work can suit students and retirees seeking additional income. We do not require relevant education or work experience, but these are considered an advantage.
