Join us in building something entirely new Are you interested in guidance work with clients with intellectual disabilities and people on the autism spectrum? Would you like to support clients’ good everyday lives, strengthen their participation and help build the operations of a completely new unit from the ground up? This is a unique opportunity. We are looking for a practical nurse for a permanent position focused on night shifts at the Validia House in Vihti, opening towards the end of the year. You will support clients with intellectual disabilities and on the autism spectrum in their everyday lives, strengthen their functional abilities and help establish the new unit’s culture from its first days. Validia House in Vihti is a service unit with 18 places for clients with intellectual disabilities and on the autism spectrum. You work responsibly and on your own initiative, while making use of the strengths of the team and multidisciplinary cooperation.
