Sales Assistant

We are looking for a cheerful and energetic Sales Assistant for our NORMAL store. We offer a permanent contract. Work shifts include mornings, evenings and shifts in between. The job: As a Sales Assistant, you play an important role in the store and in creating a special shopping experience for customers. You will work purposefully with our exciting products. It matters to us that customers always see a clean, well-maintained store. Friendly customer service and routine tasks are also a natural part of everyday work. NORMAL stores are exciting places filled with interesting products and customers. The working day moves at a fast pace, and it is important that you enjoy a hectic, inspiring and humorous atmosphere. Your responsibilities: - Put customers first so they feel welcome and want to return. - Maintain a high standard in the store, with cleanliness and exciting displays at the centre. - Provide customer service and replenish shelves. - Open and close the store. - Serve customers at the checkout. What we expect from you: - Experience in retail and a busy work environment. - An interest in store operations, a commercial mindset and a customer-first approach. - The ability to work independently and efficiently. - The ability to serve customers in Finnish; English or Swedish skills are also valued. - A strong work ethic and an eye for detail, with an interest in creating great displays. - A team player who helps create a positive atmosphere. - Finnish customer service skills at B1 level; we welcome other language skills too.
