IT Senior Coordinator, Retail Operations role overseeing IT operations across retail stores in the EMEA region. The position coordinates Retail Business, Field Services, Infrastructure teams and external providers to ensure standardized and efficient retail IT operations. Responsibilities include governance of IT services, vendor management, store lifecycle IT activities, incident/change/problem coordination, and continuous improvement in line with global IT frameworks. Requires fluent English (C1), 5+ years in IT operations or multi-site IT support, strong stakeholder management, and experience with POS systems and retail applications.

Responsibilities
- Oversee IT operations governance for retail stores in the EMEA region
- Coordinate IT operations across retail stores in the EMEA region
- Ensure reliability and performance of retail IT services (POS, network, end-user devices, retail applications)
- Coordinate vendor performance and service delivery
- Conduct regular operational service reviews with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Drive issue resolution and escalation management across partners
- Coordinate IT activities for new store openings, refits, relocations and closures
- Ensure readiness and quality of IT setup in stores
- Maintain retail devices records in CMDB
- Support coordination of major incidents, planned changes, problem management
- Partner with brands retail operations teams and internal IT teams
- Identify and drive improvements in retail IT services and processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT operations / IT service delivery
- Retail IT environment or multi-site IT support (preferred)
- Proven experience in vendor coordination and service governance
- Experience in distributed environments (multiple locations/stores)
- Fluent English (written and spoken) at least C1 level
