Interim HR Specialist

We are now seeking experienced professionals to join Henkilöstöpalvelu Heimo’s Interim HR network for upcoming client assignments. We are looking for HR professionals for HR specialist and HR manager roles in a range of client environments and situations. Through our network, we connect the right people and organisations when temporary additional support, process development or leadership is needed during change. What kinds of assignments are available? Interim assignments are flexible fixed-term roles or projects. They typically last 3–6 months or longer, and the working arrangement depends on the client’s needs: work may be at the client’s premises or in a smooth hybrid model. We operate throughout Finland, with assignments opening particularly in Uusimaa and Päijät-Häme. The roles and assignments fall into two main categories: HR Specialist: Operational HR work, employment matters, HR coordination and day-to-day support for the organisation. HR Manager: Leading the HR function as a whole, developing processes and systems, managing change and coaching and supporting supervisors. The work is always shaped by the client’s situation and your role level. You may use your expertise in areas such as: Operational and strategic HR support for management and supervisors Recruitment processes and management of the employment lifecycle Development of HR processes, practices and systems Managing change, coaching supervisors and supporting employees What expertise are we looking for? We are looking for solution-oriented HR professionals with a genuine passion for people-focused and effective HR work. We expect you to have: Experience in HR specialist or HR manager roles The ability to work independently, take responsibility and adapt smoothly to new client environments Readiness to work in changing situations and organisational cultures An interest in applying your expertise flexibly in interim projects of varying lengths We value a clear and straightforward approach, excellent collaboration skills, and the ability to understand HR as part of the client’s everyday work and business.
