Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the following areas: ecommerce customer service in Finland, Sweden and Norway; store operations; aftersales and after-market; B2B, wholesale and export sales; processes, documentation and knowledge management; AI, automations, chatbots and CRM solutions; monitoring, reporting, resourcing and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience leading ecommerce, retail, sales or customer experience.
- Ability to develop processes and operating models.
- Ability to leverage data and modern customer service tools.
- Fluent in Finnish and English.
- Suitable commercial university degree.
