Team Lead

We are seeking a new team lead for our Tampere payroll team. The successful candidate is an experienced supervisor who handles challenging situations and enjoys customer-facing work. In the Team Lead role, you will be responsible for your own team, their operational activities, resourcing, and continuous development of work methods. You will support your team to succeed and ensure fair distribution of tasks within the team. In addition to team leadership, you will manage customer relationships and work closely with clients, find solutions to their varying situations, help develop payroll processes, and be responsible for customer experience. You will also ensure our customers leverage services from Greenstep’s broad portfolio. You will work on developing automation with other payroll leaders. Your daily work will be varied with other tasks as they arise, including payroll system projects, onboarding new clients, and, when needed, payroll calculations. You will be supported by Greenstep’s large payroll expertise network (over 100 specialists) and the team leaders will share best practices and resources. Location is Tampere, with a hybrid work model. You will primarily work from our Tampere office. We expect you to be an experienced change leader, capable of acting decisively while considering team members.
