Sales Representative

Are you the SALES REPRESENTATIVE we are looking for? We are hiring full-time sales representatives for Valokuitunen’s Lahti office. You will mainly sell fiber-optic services by phone, contacting both existing and new customers. You may already be skilled in sales or just starting out; what matters most is the right attitude and strong motivation. A good atmosphere, supporting one another and a sense of humour are important to us, and we hope you value them too. Your workplace is Valokuitunen’s Lahti office, near the railway station and with good transport connections. We work in a hybrid model, so once you have got going, you can occasionally spend time at a summer cottage and work from there. We do hope to see you at the office most of the time, where our skilled team leaders provide daily support and your colleagues share their best sales tips. We offer a fair pay model: a fixed base wage of €12.50 for every hour worked, plus commission on every completed sale. There is no cap on sales commission. On average, our employees earn €1,000 in commission per month on top of base pay, and the best have earned as much as €4,000 in monthly commission. We also spend time together outside work and have, for example, gone to festivals, played golf and attended after-work events. You will fit in if you enjoy a relaxed, sociable team and are competitive too. We often compete for the title of top salesperson, and the prize may be a gift card, for example. This is a permanent, full-time position.
