Project Coordinator

Kuudestaan ry is seeking a Project Coordinator to deliver two interesting rural development projects: Pihasta purkkiin and Mahdollisuuksien kalat ja vedet. This is a fixed-term project position, with your work divided between both projects. Although the projects include part-time duties, together they form a full-time role. Job description The Project Coordinator’s duties include: - Coordinating the practical implementation of the projects - Planning and carrying out activities in cooperation with stakeholders - Communications and information sharing - Monitoring, reporting on and administering the projects - Organising events, workshops and other development activities - Cooperating with local businesses, associations, municipalities and other organisations What we expect from you - Education suitable for the role, for example a higher education degree - Experience in project work and project coordination - Knowledge of Leader activities and rural development - Strong interaction, collaboration and communication skills - A proactive and goal-oriented approach to work - Ability to work independently - Good IT skills - Access to your own car and a valid driving licence, as the role involves travelling around the operating area What we offer - A varied and responsible role in regional development - The opportunity to contribute to rural vitality and local development - Flexible and independent work - A skilled work community and Leader networks to support you Employment The employment can begin immediately or as soon as possible, on a schedule agreed separately with the selected candidate.
