Betesda Services Ltd. Betesda Service Home Jokela in Lohja seeks an ideation-minded social worker to lead the social work in a group home for adults with mental health and substance use recovery. The social worker acts as team leader for the group home and as a social work specialist within the facility, coordinating residents’ affairs and activities, ensuring residents’ rights and participation, and collaborating with care staff, guardians, and authorities. The role requires experience in mental health and substance use work, appropriate training in mental health and substance work, organizational and development skills, a resident‑centred approach, vaccination support, good teamwork, and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
