Commissioning and Testing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced commissioning and testing expert for a client in Kouvola to verify operation of critical electrical systems before final handover. You will work in demanding data center environments as part of international project teams, where quality, safety and reliability are central. The role covers commissioning process phases from test planning to results evaluation and documentation. You will assess test programs, test scripts and test results and participate in deviation investigations and root cause analyses. You will collaborate with contractors, equipment manufacturers and customer representatives to ensure critical electrical systems meet requirements before commissioning. Requirements include strong experience in commissioning, testing or commissioning tasks; understanding of L0-L5 commissioning; experience with documentation; ability to evaluate test programs and results; experience with deviation analysis and root cause investigation; knowledge of critical electrical distribution systems; understanding of BAS/EPMS interfaces; IST experience; analytical mindset; good documentation skills; fluent English.
