Construction Assistant

Looking for flexible work in construction, and do you have the motivation to do physical work? We are looking for energetic and motivated construction assistants for upcoming gigs in Jyväskylä and nearby areas. You can be an enthusiastic beginner or an experienced professional in assisting tasks, as the duties vary according to your skills. The most important thing is a positive, hands-on attitude! Duties may include various assisting construction tasks, such as carrying, clearing and demolition, as well as assisting professionals on site. Depending on your skills, other assisting and more demanding construction work may also be available. In construction, work is generally performed on weekdays from 7:00 to 15:30. The work is gig-based. Assignments range from single days to several weeks or months. Work is available according to customer demand. The housebuilding industry collective agreement is followed in the employment relationship. Pay is based on your previous skills and experience. Pay for the role starts at €12.59/hour. We expect applicants to speak Finnish, be of legal age, and have a good attitude toward work. A category B driving licence and the possibility to use your own car are considered advantages. Relevant education or previous experience in the industry is also an advantage. A valid Occupational Safety Card is required when work begins, but we can help you obtain the card if needed.
