Telecommunications Sales Consultant

We are now hiring sales consultants for telephone-based sales in several locations. The start date depends on upcoming onboarding and start groups. As a sales consultant, you will join a capable and supportive sales team where your growth and development are actively supported. You will receive comprehensive onboarding and ongoing coaching to develop your skills and build a strong foundation as a sales professional. After onboarding, you will be responsible for selling telecommunications products and services. You will identify customers’ needs and find the most suitable solutions for them. You will be supported by experienced supervisors and an encouraging team. The role offers opportunities to develop and build a long-term career in sales. The work is 30 hours per week, mainly on weekdays during the daytime. Shifts may also include evenings and Saturdays. Pay consists of a fixed base salary and sales-based commission. The motivating pay model allows your activity and successes to affect your earnings. With six-hour shifts, monthly earnings may reach approximately €2,500 or more. There is no earnings ceiling.
