Sales Consultant

We are hiring Sales Consultants for remote sales in a permanent position at our Turku office. Work begins with onboarding on 30 November 2026. As a Sales Consultant, you will join an excellent sales team where your growth and development are supported in a cheerful and helpful atmosphere. We have designed the New Salesperson Path programme to support your development. During the programme, we build your knowledge and skills gradually and without performance pressure. We take small steps towards your learning goals together, coach you, practise and help. This gives you a safe and inspiring environment in which to learn the role, and during the first six months you will build a solid foundation for your career at DNA. After comprehensive onboarding, you will know DNA’s offering, including broadband, TV services, mobile subscriptions, phones, tablets and information security services. You will identify each customer’s individual needs and find the products and services that suit them best. Skilled supervisors and a supportive team will be with you throughout your time at DNA, and it is possible to build a longer-term career in our large organisation. Once sales begin to go smoothly after onboarding, we offer the possibility of moving to remote work. What suits you best suits us too, so you can work remotely from a cottage, the fells or a home office. Work is mainly done in six-hour shifts, or 30 hours per week, with shifts scheduled on weekdays between 8:00 and 18:00. There are also occasional evening-shift weeks from 14:30 to 20:30 and Saturday shifts. A 37.5-hour working week is also possible by agreement. Pay consists of a base wage and sales commission, and you will always earn at least the ICT industry collective-agreement guaranteed wage of €12.70 per hour. The encouraging commission model makes it possible to earn considerably more than the guaranteed wage, and our sales consultants’ average hourly pay is currently over €20. You may well earn €2,500 per month on six-hour shifts, and potentially more, as there is no upper limit. Applicants must be adults and speak Finnish fluently.
