HR Generalist About the company Playrix is one of the most successful mobile game development companies, ranking among the top 3 mobile game developers in the world. Our games have been installed 2.3 billion times (one-third of the world’s population), and more than 30 million people play them every day! Team, about the role Our HR Generalists are assigned to Playrix game products and work directly with product leads and their teams. There are five HRGs on our team, each supporting around 250 employees on average. In this role, you’ll get to know your product inside out, see the full employee lifecycle — from joining the team to leaving it — and help managers through every stage. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys building clear, reliable HR processes in a large product team, spotting pain points and suggesting practical solutions. Tasks • Organize onboarding for new hires: run welcome meetings, handle the administrative side of adaptation, and keep track of probation deadlines. • Be the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR questions: resolve standard requests on your own and bring in specialist teams on relocation, benefits, and employment paperwork. • Support internal transfers, changes to employment terms, and salary reviews: keep track of deadlines, approvals, and data accuracy in our systems. • Administer the performance review process: make sure meetings happen regularly, feedback is recorded on time, and managers complete the required steps. • Support offboarding: advise managers on the process, coordinate each stage, conduct exit interviews, and analyze reasons for leaving. • Keep employee and team data up to date, prepare analytics for leadership, and flag issues in HR processes. • Run surveys, prepare HR communications, and help improve team-wide processes. Requirements • 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in HR Operations, ideally in a product or tech environment. • Experience supporting a headcount of 100+ employees. • Hands-on experience independently managing onboarding, adaptation, internal transfers, and offboarding. • Understanding of salary review and performance review processes: keeping track of deadlines, approvals, and documenting outcomes (decisions about employees are made by managers). • Experience with HR systems and employee data: an eye for errors and the ability to use data to solve day-to-day issues. Preferred • HR experience in IT, game development, or another product company. • Experience running surveys, analyzing results, and presenting findings to leadership. • English at Intermediate level or higher. Our Perks Flexibility at work For most positions we offer a flexible schedule, and employees can work from anywhere in the world. We only evaluate your results. Caring for health and well-being We provide voluntary health insurance for employees and their children, and reimburse online sessions with a psychologist, including individual, family, and child consultations. We offer fully paid vacation days and sick leave. In certain circumstances, you can request additional days off. We support leading a healthy lifestyle and reimburse the cost of gym memberships and fitness app subscriptions, as well as massages, spa and sauna visits, and recovery treatments. Professional development and education We pay for participation in specialized conferences and courses and hold our own internal conferences. We cover foreign language courses. Employees who combine work with formal education are entitled to five additional paid days off per year for exams, thesis or dissertation defence, and other mandatory academic activities. Events and merch We regularly hold offline events like team meetings, big corporate parties, and informal office parties. We also regularly organize fun competitions, quizzes, hackathons, and online fitness challenges. We have a merch store with its own internal currency that you can use to buy unique gifts, such as a new game console or a padel racket. Pet care We reimburse a portion of pet-related expenses, including veterinary services and other eligible costs.
