Bakery Worker

We operate in several regions in Finland, and our head office is in Tampere. We are now looking for a BAKERY WORKER for our client in Hämeenlinna. Do you have strong bakery skills, and perhaps experience in pastry-making as well? We are looking for someone who knows doughs and the stages of baking, values quality craftsmanship, and enjoys seeing and tasting the results of their own work. You will work in a traditional bakery environment that values professional skill, precision and a good working rhythm. Your daily work consists of varied production tasks where you can put your skills to use and make consistent, tasty products. If you enjoy practical work and the sense of achievement that each day brings, you will feel at home in this role. We expect you to have: • Previous work experience in the field • A hygiene passport • Readiness to work morning and night shifts • Good Finnish language skills • The possibility of using your own car, as the bakery is not in the city centre • Punctuality and a natural team spirit • An enthusiastic and responsible attitude Pay is based on the food industry collective agreement and is between €12.70 and €14 per hour, depending on experience and skills. The job is permanent and part-time. After six months, there may be an opportunity to move to direct employment with the client.
